"So glad I came across the Launchpad team in my London room hunt. As most of you know, rooms in London goes real quick. So you gotta be a go getter which I did when I went for the viewing on one of their property open days (that is in a very good location and just a bus ride away from work), refurbishment was still on going. Literally, paints everywhere. So it’s safe to say everything in the house is fairly new. The property looks amazing, really. The team did a good job in putting together a good mix of young single professionals (not all agents would waste in doing that). They also made sure we know how to contact them for any concerns and they would randomly check on how things are going in the household.
